Plei has proudly partnered with LALIGA to host a series of pre match events, built around some of the biggest matches in the LALIGA season. They’ve hosted events in LA and NY prior to this third event, happening at Plei’s home base of South Florida.

On Friday, December 20th, Plei will host a Pre-Game, with a “King of the Turf” format of pick-up soccer tournament. LALIGA Ambassadors will be on site to meet the local community, watch the games, and give out exclusive prizes to the winners, including signed LALIGA merchandise. Best of all, LALIGA Legend, Diego Forlan of Atletico de Madrid, will be appearing at the event to present awards to the winners of the tournament as well as meet and greet and signing autographs for fans.

On Saturday, December 21st, LALIGA & ESPN will host a watch party for “El Partidazo” — Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona, one of the biggest matches of LALIGA’s season. The watch party will include pre-game live connections with ESPN’s broadcast, at a large neutral venue where fans of both teams can enjoy the spectacle of a huge LALIGA matchday.

What to Expect on Friday, 12/20 —

6v6 Soccer Tournament: 3 levels of co-ed soccer, competition ranging from beginner to intermediate and even semi-pro competitive! King of the Turf style, complete with MVP and individual awards, plus championship teams win an exclusive meet-and-greet with La Liga legend!

Soccer Entertainment for Fans: Various food trucks, Live DJ and a fan activation field with activities for all to enjoy such as SpotKick Games.

LALIGA Legend Appearance: Every event is complimented with a special appearance by a LALIGA Legend, Miami will have Diego Forlan, Atletico de Madrid legend of Uruguay.
